  These residences are well-suited for first-time buyers, retirees, and as secondary housing options. Each home is manufactured in Canada ensuring high standards and compliance with CSA A277 and CSA Z240 certifications. Currently our construction timelines are notably efficient, ranging from 150 to 180 days following the approval process.  

  Our Park Model Homes adhere to CSA Z241 standards and are constructed in a similar manner as our residential-grade homes. These homes feature innovative designs that create an impression of spaciousness, despite the limitation of 538 square feet. We offer both standard and custom plans so we can meet your requirements.  

   One of the key elements of compact residences is their functionality and efficient use of space. We believe that a small home should create a sense of spaciousness while occupying a minimal footprint. Our homes vary in width from 12 feet to 20 feet, all while upholding a high standard of architectural integrity. We aim to demonstrate that small homes and park models can be both aesthetically pleasing and practical.
